Concession Menu

• 2 Pulled Pork Sliders (4 oz. total)
• Pulled Pork Plate (6 oz. + 1 side)
• Pulled Pork Platter (6 oz. + 2 sides)

***Concessions require a minimum of 100 people, sold in increments of 25.

We'll supply instruction for your team of volunteers to hold and serve our product at your game, tournament or community event.

Concession requests are subject to approval. Once approved, we will provide you sales option such as price points and pointers to maximize your profits!

We'll need:

• The name of the organization.
• Who the proceeds will benefit.
• Date and time of the event (14-day notice required)
• Event location.
• Contact person’s address, email, and phone number.
• Copy of the organization's W-9 and tax-exempt letter.

Helpful Ideas

• Plan your distribution list, and how it will be distributed with your team.
• 2-3 weeks in advance, start advertising on social media, websites, church bulletins, school newsletters & local papers.
• 1 week before event, distribute flyers.
• 2-3 days before event, email reminders.
• Make reminder phone calls the day before.

Concession FAQ

When our products are purchased in bulk (100 person minimum, in increments of 25), for the purpose of fundraising, we can offer them at a discounted rate. 1. 

• What price should I resell the products at?
  We encourage you to resell our products within these ranges to for maximum profitibility:
  2 Pulled Pork Sliders (4 oz. total) - $5 - $7
  Pulled Pork Plate (6 oz. + 1 side) - $10 - $12
  Pulled Pork Platter (6 oz. + 2 sides) - $13 - $15
  
  
• Will BEAST Craft BBQ Co. deliver the order to our event location?  
  We can deliver for an additional fee. 
  
  
• Do I need to keep all products at a certain temperature? 
  Absolutely. All products must be temperature controlled. Hot products must be kept above 140 degrees, while cold products must be kept below 40 degrees. Using the provided Chafing Kits will help.
  
  
• Can BEAST Craft BBQ Co. products be reheated for multi-day concession sales? 
  Our sides can be reheated ONCE after being correctly stored between uses. For the sake of quality, our meat cannot be reheated for concession sales, however it can be reheated for personal use. Our Catering Team can provide more instruction to reheat and cool down properly for optimal safety, taste & quality.
  
  
• Can I return any unused or unsold product? 
  No, unfortunately BEAST Craft BBQ Co. cannot accept returns of unused or unsold product.
  
  
• Do I need to return the Chafing Kits & Carriers?
  Yes. They are due back within 48 hours of the event date to have your deposit returned.
